Our CrossFit Teens program is designed for 13-18 year old athletes looking to develop a competitive edge in their sport through weight training and metabolic conditioning. This program can also be for non-athletes looking to develop a positive definition of fitness and find a passion for exercise.
In our program, teens will properly learn and train age-appropriate foundational functional movements that will help develop strength, speed, power, agility, stamina, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance and accuracy.
Spots are always limited each session to maintain an appropriate coach to teen ratio, allowing personal focus on each teen through small group training versus a large group setting. See below for 2024 seasonal sessions and pricing and reach out today to sign-up!
